The Concerned PDP League (CPDPL) congratulates former Vice President, His Excellency, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and His excellency Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Governor of Delta State, for emerging as the Vice Presidential Candidate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential flag bearer of our great party for the 2023 general election.
The CPDPL in a statement signed by the General Secretary Alhaji Tasiu M. Muhammed and Director of Media and Advocacy, Comrade Rashidat N. Abubakar, commended governor Okowa for scaling through all odds to have emerged as the Vice-Presidential candidate.
The group urged Governor Okowa to bring to bear his wealth of experience and political strategy and sagacity in ensuring our great party achieve unity of purpose and victorious in the coming general election in February 2023.
The Concerned Peoples Democrtic Party League (CPDPL) emphasised that His Excellency Alhaji Atiku’s choice of Governor Okowa as his running mate is a welcome and commendable development.
The group said that with the picking of a running mate, the Presidencial Candidacy is now complete and PDP is ready for the 2023 February general election.
