The boxer made the approach to Dasha Abdelgany, 27, just days after insisting he wasn’t a cheatand claiming he was unfairly targeted by women.
Dasha says Khan, 31, told her that she was cute, drooled over her voice and said of her lips: “Wow.”
She says he befriended her after a social media spat and invited her to fly from her home in New York to link up with him at his San Francisco training base.
And, Dasha adds, he made a number of calls saying he wanted to hear her “beautiful sweet voice”.
Khan jetted out to America with pregnant wife Faryal, 26, on January 29 – with him heading to San Francisco to resume training while she headed to the Big Apple.
But on February 1 he sent Dasha a message saying: “I’m in SF… here for four weeks. But alone for a week.”
His next message said: “Will be nice to connect with U.”
Then came the call inviting her to jet out to California. Dasha says: “I live in New York which is a five-hour flight from San Francisco. He wanted me to fly to see him before his wife arrived.
“He said he was there for four weeks to train for his upcoming comeback fight. But he said he was only gonna be alone for a week and I needed to get there asap.
“That call from him got me quite upset and I ended up blocking his numbers.”
Khan’s flirty messages came after Dasha spotted an Instagram post – when he posted a picture of himself and three-year-old daughter Lamaisah posing by a tree with the caption “Halal Christmas”.
Dasha, who is a Muslim like Khan, explained: “I never followed Amir on social media. He’s not that well known here in America and I’m not a boxing fan so I didn’t know much about his life.
“Sometime around Christmas on my Instagram explore page I saw him posing next to a Christmas tree saying he was going to have a ‘halal Christmas dinner’. There’s no such thing in our religion. I took a look at his story hoping that ‘halal Christmas’ comment would be a joke.
“I then replied to Amir saying that he isn’t a Christian and advising him to take the tree down.
“I wasn’t lecturing him about religion and I wasn’t expecting a reply.”
But Khan did respond to her message, saying: “Hahahaha it’s culture.”
He then asked Dasha where she was from. She goes on: “He then began asking multiple questions about my background, location, age, work.”
She says the former world champion then sent her his number and asked for hers. Messages followed in which Khan called her cute and also wrote: “Those lips in ur pic. Wow.”
Dasha goes on: “He must have been looking at my picture. I don’t like the idea that people are judged by their looks, if that’s what he’s doing he’s quite shallow.
“The first time he called I was actually at my work desk so I kept it short. He asked what are my days off and the next day off he called again. He said ‘I just wanted to hear your beautiful sweet voice, I missed that voice’. I didn’t expect the call and I was a bit lost, I guess I was supposed to return the compliment, I just replied ‘and you have a lovely accent’. My partner is from Birmingham so he has a British accent as well. But Amir didn’t take the hint that I had a partner.
“He replied ‘so you like my accent then, I’m going to speak to you all night long’. I was thinking ‘You what?’ I couldn’t believe it.”
It was after Khan arrived in San Francisco that Dasha says she received the call and messages inviting her to fly over. She adds: “I just blocked all his numbers. After I looked him up on Google I found out how many other women he already cheated on his wife with. I genuinely feel bad for her position.”
The exchanges with Khan came just days after the I’m A Celeb star blamed girls who “won’t leave me alone”.
He said: “I think it’s unfair. These girls message me first. They just turn up wherever you are. I must have tweeted that I was in a hotel with a friend having some drinks in a bar.
“And the girl comes up there, they set you up and take a picture. Okay, I take a picture, sit there and talk to you. I’m a kind guy, I’m not a guy who would say to someone ‘go away and leave me alone’.”
Last month we told how Khan appeared on Good Morning Britain with Faryal and insisted he was cured of his cheating ways
